Yoga Therapy
Yoga therapy is the specific application of yogic tools—postures/exercises, breathwork, meditation techniques, and more—to address your physical, mental, and emotional needs.
As a yoga therapist I have over 1000 hours of in-depth training to help me work with you while creating a safe, trauma sensitive environment. I will work with you to address your specific goals while considering any limitations you might be experiencing. The practices we might explore to build your personalized practice could include:
- Movement ranging from gentle to vigorous
- Breathing techniques
- Meditation or visualization practices
- Humming or chanting
- Self massage and fascial release
- Diet and lifestyle modifications
